We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Brehob Corporation. This is a sales representative responsible for outreach, prospecting, and qualifying leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing and prospective customers by both telephone and email to target warm leads for the outside sales team.
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and gain referral requests.
  • Market research and identify prospects that fit the target profile.
  • Use scripts to showcase the solutions that our company can offer.
  • Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress.
  • Report weekly sales goals and objectives to management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency: CRM experience preferred.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Ability to ask prying questions and overcome objections.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Industrial sales experience preferred, parts and equipment sales knowledge a plus.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced Outbound Customer Service work environment.
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Previous use of CRM system is preferred, proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
  • Maintain lasting relationships with other call center members and customers.
