Special Skills:
3 to 5 years of fabrication and foreman experience is preferred.
Good leadership, training and organizational skills
Ability to read and do structural layout from blueprints
Good welding and oxygen/acetylene cutting skills
Rigging skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train a 4–6-man team of fabricators
- Lead team to meet daily production goals
- Lead and train team on fabrication layout from blueprints
- Must be able to work overtime to meet production deadlines when needed.
- Oversee and train proper rigging and loading operations.
- Observe all safety procedures to ensure that fabrication team uses proper personal protective equipment related to their job duties
Qualifications:
