Outside Service Coordinator

Brehob Corporation has been serving the Industrial and Manufacturing market for over 60 years with industry-leading products and engineering solutions. Brehob is a leader in products, systems, applications expertise, service and repair. We are seeking an Outside Service Coordinator in our Indianapolis, Indiana location. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a daily schedule plan using Google Calendar for service calls
  • Assist requisition parts for service calls
  • Entering service call paperwork
  • Prepare service paperwork for invoicing
  • Approve pay roll for technician as needed
  • Work on open service call paperwork
  • Assist in other areas as needed

 

Required Skills:

  • Must be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong follow up and investigative skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products; and maintain operating knowledge of software system
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Friendly business professional manner by telephone and in person
  • Great customer service skills
