Industrial Electrical Troubleshooter

Brehob is seeking a well-qualified Industrial Electrical Troubleshooter to work in our outside service department in our Indianapolis location.

Requirements Include:

  • Ability to read prints, diagrams, manuals and schematics
  • Working knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code)
  • Working knowledge of multi meters and testing equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment electrical systems and control circuits
  • Troubleshoot Industrial Motor Controls including AC / DC adjustable speed drives, Electronic Soft Starter, Reduced Voltage starters, three and single phase controllers
  • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) equipment installation, programming, troubleshooting, and repair on various control systems, including but not limited to GE/Allen Bradley
  • Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on equipment to insure quality operations and optimize equipment productivity
  • Follow regular construction and safety practices
  • Operate various scissor lifts and boom lifts
  • Use industry related hand tools and power tools
  • Have a good driving record

 

Experience:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or GED
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical industrial service
  • Ability to follow industry standard and company safety protocols
